Refund Policy

We want you to love your page. If something's not right:

Basic & Pro upgrades

Full refund within 14 days of purchase if your event hasn't happened yet — no questions, no forms, just email us. After the event date, upgrades are non-refundable (the page did its job!).

Memory plan ($3/month)

Cancel anytime from your dashboard; you keep access until the end of the paid month. Already-billed months aren't refunded.

Custom design ($50)

Refundable in full until our designer starts work. Once a draft has been shared with you, we'll refund 50%; once you approve the design, it's non-refundable.

How to ask

Email hello@cheervite.com from your account email with your event link. Refunds land back on the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
