The deal
Cheervite lets you create event pages, collect RSVPs, and keep memories. You keep ownership of everything you upload; you give us permission to store and display it so the service works.
Your responsibilities
Only upload content you have the right to share — that includes photos and any audio. Don't use Cheervite for anything unlawful, hateful, or deceptive. We may remove content or accounts that break these rules.
Payments
Basic and Pro are one-time, per-event purchases. The Memory plan is a monthly subscription you can cancel anytime. All payments run through Stripe. See our refund policy.
Page lifetime
Pages stay live for the period included in their plan (Free 3 months, Basic 6, Pro 12), extendable with the Memory plan. After expiry we retain your data for 12 months before permanent deletion, and we'll warn you before anything expires.
No guarantees, within reason
We work hard to keep Cheervite fast and available, but we provide the service "as is" — we can't accept liability for indirect damages (like a missed RSVP). Our total liability is capped at what you paid us for the event in question.
